摘要
本文通过中美两国信息政策多方面的比较,分析了美国信息政策的特点和我国信息政策制定应遵循的原则,得出对我国信息政策建设和发展有益的思考。
According to the comparison of different information policies in China and the USA, the features of the USA information policy are ana lyzed, as well as the principles that China should follow when making the information poliey, drawing an useful conelusion on construction and develop- ment of information policy of China.
