高校图书馆学科服务发展中存在的问题及对策研究

The Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Academic Libraries Subject Services

学科服务是高校图书馆应对当前复杂环境的必然选择,也是高校图书馆未来的发展方向,但是我国高校发展的道路并非一帆风顺,遇到了很多问题,如学科服务模式跟风,学科服务势单力薄,学科馆员素质不高及职责不明确等。本文通过对这些问题的分析,提出了相应的对策。

Subject service is the necessary choice of academic libraries in the current complicated environment, and it is the development orientation of the academic library. However, the development of subject service is not so smooth in our country, and it faces numerous problems, such as subject service model copying, week power, uncertainty of the librarian＇ ability and responsibility. Through the analysis of these problems,this paper puts for- ward four countermeasures.
