PMMA/Al_2O_3纳米复合材料的制备与性能 被引量:5

Preparation and characterization of poly(methyl methacrylate)/alumina nanocomposites

摘要 用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对纳米氧化铝(Al2O3)粒子进行表面改性,将其分散在甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)中,加入引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN),采用原位聚合法制备PMMA/Al2O3纳米复合材料。利用FT-IR、UV、DSC和TG等方法对产物进行表征。紫外测试结果表明,加入纳米Al2O3可使复合材料具有抗紫外线性能,且其抗紫外线性能随着Al2O3纳米粒子质量分数的增加而逐渐增强。TG及溶解性能实验结果表明,加入Al2O3纳米粒子可提高复合材料的热稳定性能以及耐溶剂性能,且这些性能均随Al2O3纳米粒质量分数的增加而增强。此外,复合材料中PMMA的分子质量随着Al2O3质量分数的增加而逐渐增大。 Silicane coupling agent KH-570 was applied to the surface modification of nano Al2O3.The modified nano Al2O3 was dispersed in methyl methacrylate.The in-situ polymerization was used to prepare PMMA/Al2O3 composites,in which azodiisobutyronitrile was used as initiator.FT-IR,UV,DSC and TG were applied to characterize the prepared composites.The UV experimental results demonstrated that anti ultraviolet capability of the composites was obtained owing to the adding of Al2O3.With the increasing of the mass fraction of Al2O3,the anti ultraviolet capability of the composites increased gradually.The experimental results of Tg and solubility of PMMA/Al2O3 composites revealed that the heat stability and solubility of the composites increased with the increasing of the mass fraction of Al2O3.Meanwhile,the molecular weight of PMMA in the composites increased with the increasing of the mass fraction of Al2O3.
