摘要
为了满足服装产品的客户需求,提出基于服装行业的产品全生命周期(PLM)需求流动链知识表达方法。采用系统化的知识表达方法描述其协同知识结构,分析PLM需求流动链协同知识表达的形成过程,并应用语义方法表达整个需求流动链上的协同知识。最后,开发服装产品的PLM需求流动链协同知识表达的原型系统———KESFCRFN,研究该系统的体系结构、建模技术和运行过程。结果表明,PLM需求流动链内应用知识表达方法描述需求协同,优化了系统实施的需求结构资源,提高了服装企业的竞争力。
In order to meet customers demand on garments,the knowledge representation of product lifecycle management demand(PLM) flow chain in the garment sector is put forward.Systematic knowledge is used to describe the cooperative knowledge structure,the formation of cooperative knowledge representation of PLM demand flow chain is analyzed in PLM demand flow chain,and the cooperative knowledge concerning the whole demand flow chain is defined.Finally,the prototype system of PLM cooperative knowledge representation system—KESFCRFN is developed.The system′s architecture,modeling technology and operation process are studied.The results reveal that the applying knowledge representation to describe the demand cooperation in PLM demand flow chain has optimized the demand structure and resources for systematic implementation and improved the competitive power of garment enterprises.
