血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂对心肌梗塞后QT间期离散度的影响

Effect of Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitor on QT Dispersion in Patients with Myocardial Infarction

QT间期离散度对急性心肌梗塞的预后具有重要价值 ,血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂 (ACEI)对缺血心肌具有保护作用 ,但ACEI是否影响QT间期离散度 ?本文将 12 0例患急性心肌梗塞的病人分为服用ACEI组和对照组 ,在服药前后分别测定QT间期离散度并统计在观察期间再次心梗的发生率。结果服用ACEI组QT间期离散度明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ,再次心梗的发生率也下降 (P <0 0 5)。急性心肌梗塞后服用ACEI可降低QT间期离散度和再次心梗的发生率。

QT dispersion is a important prognostic factor for acute myocardial infarction.ACEI has protective effect on ischemic myocardium but the question is whether it affects QT dispersion in myocardial infarction.We observed QT dispersion and the rate of re\|infarction among the myocardial infarction patients received ACEI or the control group.The QT dispersion and the rate of myocardial re\|infarction were significantly reduced in the patients received ACEI.ACEI can reduce QT dispersion and the rate of myocardial re\|infarction in the patients with myocardial infarction.
