民盟湖南省委通过为期一年的调研发现:由于五个方面的原因而使湖南传统文化产业的比较优势正在消退,必须"唤醒"湖湘文化资本的价值。"唤醒"的关键环节是使湖南高校文史专业教师成为湖湘文化创意人才的重镇。
