On Wang Zengqi's Literature Criticism and Critical Practice

汪曾祺的文论著作中,有关文学批评的内容占有很大的比重。其中一部分表达了他对文学批评的基本主张,提供了诸多非常富有价值的思考;另一部分是以这些主张为基础的颇具特色的批评实践。汪曾祺的批评理论和实践,在对中国传统文论的融汇及对西方文论积极因素的吸纳中,形成了自己的特点。其对于中国当代文学创作和文学批评的价值不可低估。

Literature criticism holds a great proportion in Wang Zengqi＇s theoretical works, which partly, expressing his basic values on the criticism, full of valuable opinions; and also partly including his critical practice of his own char- acteristics. By merging together the essence of Chinese traditional literary theories with the useful critical theories of the West, Wang Zengqi features his own criticism in his critical theory and practice. His great importance on Chinese contem- porary literature and criticism cannot be underestimated.
