摘要
本文试图从心智哲学的视角,对英汉中动构式意义进行一番新的探讨。研究表明,英汉中动构式意义的特点是"凸显受事"但又"隐含施事"。其意义发端于突显受事属性的意向性,心理属性对物理属性既依赖又独立的随附性是实现该意向的动因,涌现过程是实现该意向的途径。"凸显受事"与"隐含施事"相辅相成、密不可分。
A renewed exploration is made on the meaning of the middle construction from the perspective of the phi- losophy of mind. A conclusion is thereby obtained that the meaning of the middle construction is characterized by ＂promi- nence of the patient＂ and ＂implicity of the agent＂. The meaning of the middle construction is initiated by the intentionality of prominence of the patient properties. Supervenience, a feature of the mental property both dependent on and independent of physical property, is the motivation to realize the intentionality, and the emerging process is the channel. The promi- nence of the patient is dependent on and inseparable from the implicity of the agent.
