摘要
目的研究丹参注射液中糖类化学成分在制备工艺条件下的成分转化。方法采用大孔吸附树脂、NH2柱色谱分离和NMR技术对丹参滴注液中糖类成分进行分离及鉴定,并以HPLC法对水苏糖在不同pH条件下的水解产物进行分析。结果从丹参滴注液中共分离鉴定了4个糖类化合物,分别为葡萄糖、果糖、甘露三糖和水苏糖,其中甘露三糖是在制备工艺条件下由水苏糖水解而来。结论糖类成分是丹参滴注液中一类重要化学成分,可以作为制剂质量评价辅助指标。
AIM To study the transformation of saccharides in Danshen Injection in the process.METHODS Saccharides in Danshen Injection were isolated and identified by macroporous resin column chromatography,NH2 column chromatography and spectroscopic means.An HPLC method was used for analysing the products of hydrolysats of stachyose under different pH conditions.RESULTS Four compounds were obtained and identified as glucose,fructose,mannatriose and stachyose,among which mannatriose was found to be hydrolyzed from stachyose under the condition of injection preparation.CONCLUSION The experiment shows that saccharides are main type of constituents in Danshen Injection.Saccharides could be used as a marker for quality assessment.
