微波强化碱液提取枣皮红色素的响应面优化研究 被引量:6

Study on Optimization of Extraction of Red Pigment from Jujube Peel with Micro-assisted Lye by Response Surface Analysis

摘要 以枣皮为原料,进行枣皮红色素的提取,研究了提取剂浓度、微波功率、提取时间、料液比对枣皮红色素提取的影响。通过单因素试验和响应面优化试验确定适宜的提取条件,结果表明:最适宜氢氧化钠浓度为1.62%,固液比为1:30(m/V),微波功率为450 W,提取时间为4.0 min,此时提取混合液的吸光度1.170。 Extraction of red pigment from jujube peel was explored, extracting solvent, assisted method, the concentration of extracting solvent, microwave power, radiation time, ratio of solution-solid were studied, Through single-factor test and response surface test, the optimal condition were determined, the results showed as follows: extraction of red pigment with micro-assisted NaOH solution, 1.62% NaOH concentration, ratio of material-solution 1 : 30 (m/V), microwave power 450 W, radiation time 4 min, under these conditions, the maximal absorbance value was 1.170.
