绞股蓝皂苷的纯化工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了绞股蓝中皂苷的提取分离和纯化工艺。通过绞股蓝水提醇沉,料水比1:10,浓缩后70%醇沉,得多糖蛋白。上清液浓缩回收,分别上D101,LSA-21大孔吸附树脂吸附,经水洗至无色,用30%,50%,,70%,90%乙醇洗脱,收集乙醇洗脱液,回收乙醇再经Al2O3柱进行再脱色过程,用水洗至无色,浓缩得总皂苷。结果表明D101大孔吸附树脂纯化绞股蓝中总皂苷,用70%乙醇洗脱所得总皂苷含量最高,纯化率高达91.67%。绞股蓝中皂苷含量明显高于根部,在提取总皂苷的同时也能得到多糖蛋白。 Studied the extraction of saponins from Gynostemma in separation and purification processes. Ginseng leaf water extraction and alcohol precipitation, feed-water ratio 1 : 10, after 70%0 concentrated alcohol precipitation, polysaccharide protein was gained. Supernatant was concentrated and adsorbed by the Dl01, LSA-21 macroporous resin, washed to colorless. After 30%, 50%, 70%, 90% ethanol eluting, the eluting solution was collected and bleached by A1203 column, washed to colorless by water, at last saponins was concentrated. Results showed that the content of total saponins of Gynostemma purified by D^01 macroporous resin and eluted with 70% ethanol was the highest, the purification was 91.67%. Gynostemma saponin content in leaves was significantly higher than that in the roots, polysaccharide protein was also gained in the extraction while extracting saponins.
