摘要
测定了马奶和母乳营养成分,通过各种营养成分的比较,表明更接近母乳的马奶相对牛奶有着更合理的营养组分。马奶蛋白质的氨基酸模式及脂肪酸配比更易于婴儿消化吸收,马奶蛋白和无机盐含量低,减少了婴儿的肾脏负荷,总体来说,马奶是一种更适合婴儿的母乳替代物原料。
Research nutrient components about human milk and mare milk. By comparing of the nutritious composition, it suggested that the nutrient components of mare milk similar to human milk were more suitable than cow milk for human nutrition. Besides, the proportion of fat acid and amino acid pattern in mare milk made it more favorable than cow milk for digestion and absorption. The renal load of equine milk, based on low levels of protein and inorganic substances, was reduced. On the whole, it provided further indication of its suitability as a substitute for human milk in infant nutrition.
