摘要
建立超高效液相色谱法同时测定人参中的7种人参皂苷的方法。使用超高效液相分离系统,超声波萃取法,选用Waters BEH C18分析柱(2.1mm×50 mm×1.7μm),乙腈-水进行梯度洗脱,紫外检测器检测,波长为203 nm,峰面积外标法定量。7种人参皂甙在5~100μg/mL浓度范围内,其浓度和峰面积有良好的线性关系,相关系数R≥0.999 9。针对红参,白参样品加标回收率在74.1%~103.0%之间,RSD=7.41%(n=6)。本方法前处理简单,准确,重现性好,且能同时检测7种人参皂甙分析时间短,具有较大优势。此方法适用于人参及其制品中人参皂甙的测定。
Create a method of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography method for simultaneous determination of 7 kinds of ginsenosides in ginseng. Ultra-high performance liquid separation systems, Ultrasonic extraction were used. The choice of the Waters BEH Cl8 analytical column (2.1 mm ×50 mm × 1.7μm) acetonitrile-water gradient elution, Ultraviolet detector wavelength was 203 nm, the peak area of external standard was used for quantification. 7 kinds of ginsenosides in 5-100 gg/mL concentration within the concentration and peak area have a good linear relationship, correlation coefficient R〉~0.999 9. For red ginseng, white to participate in recoveries between 74.1%-103.0%, and RSD=7.41 (n=6). The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and simultaneous detection of 7 kinds of ginsenosides, the peak time shortened 30-40 min and has more advantages than the commonly used HPLC method. This method is suitable for determination of ginseng and its ginsenosides in the products.
