创业团队研究述评与展望 被引量:59

摘要 团队创业已经成为最常见的创业现象,创业团队也因此而成为创业研究的一个重要主题,但与其他主题的创业研究相比,创业团队理论与应用研究比较滞后,仍有许多问题亟待解决。本文结合创业团队实践,在整合多学科研究的基础上,对创业团队重新进行了定义,对创业团队进行了分类,剖析了不同创业团队各自的特征,讨论了创业团队演进过程及在演进过程中团队成员互动的问题,包括创业团队如何"好聚"(创业团队组建)、"好处"(创业团队发展)和"好散"(创业团队解体)等,最后对未来研究进行了展望。
