档案用户信息采纳行为研究

在阐释了档案用户与档案信息资源关系的基础上,分析了档案用户信息采纳行为的内涵及其影响因素,认为档案用户在档案信息的查找和利用过程中,不是被动地接受档案机构提供的档案资源,而是档案用户主动、有目的地分析、评价、选择、接受和利用档案信息的过程,这一过程缘起于档案用户的档案需求,并且这一过程受到档案用户方面的档案意识、知识结构与认知能力以及档案信息资源开发与服务等因素的影响。

Based on interpreting the relations between archival users and archival information resources this article analyzes the concepts of archival information adoption behavior of archives users and its effec-tive factors. In the process of searching and using of archival information , archives users do not passively accept the archival resources provided by archival institutions, but analyze, evaluate, select, receive and use the arct^ival information initiatively and purposefully. This process originates from the archival requirements of archives users, and the process is influenced by the archives users＇ archival consciousness, knowledge structure, cognitive abilities and the development and services of archives information resources.
