摘要
以稀油站管路系统为例,根据它在正常工作状态下的流场特征,对其管路系统结构参数与压力降之间的关系进行研究,寻求管道系统的最优结构参数,建立管路系统结构参数与压力降之间的数学模型,并利用CFD软件FLU-ENT对理论计算的结构参数进行数值模拟,将理论结果和模拟实验结果进行对比。结果表明:模拟结果与理论结果吻合较好,证明了管道参数化设计模型的可行性,同时为稀油站及其他液压产品结构设计及优化提供了理论参考。
Taking the pipeline system of a lubricant machine for example,the relationship between piping system struc- ture parameters and the pressure drop was studied according to its characteristics of flow field in the working status, and a mathematical model between the structure parameters of pipeline system and pressure drop was constructed to obtain the optimal structure parameters of the pipeline size. The structure parameters obtained by the theoretical calculation was simu- lated with FLUENT software, and the theoretical values was contrasted with the simulated values. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical results, proving the feasibility of the pipe size parametric opti- mization design model. The theoretical reference was provided for the structure design and optimization of lubricant machine or other hydraulic products.
