耳针与药物对人生长激素分泌的影响

Effects of Auricular Acupuncture and Drug on Secretion of Somatotropin in the Human Being

对正常成人、垂体侏儒症和正常变异身矮儿童 3组人群分别采用耳针刺激和常规药物GH刺激试验 ,并将两种试验的结果进行对比。结果 :正常成人药物刺激后 ,GH明显升高 ;耳针刺激后 ,GH基本无变化。垂体侏儒症病儿 ,药物及耳针刺激后 ,GH均无升高。正常变异身矮儿童药物及耳针刺激后 ,GH均见明显升高。结论 :耳针GH刺激试验对正常成人的GH分泌无兴奋作用。垂体侏儒症患儿对药物和耳针刺激完全无反应。正常变异身矮儿童的GH分泌对耳针刺激有良好反应 ,将来有可能替代传统的药物刺激试验 ,甚至用于这类儿童的治疗。对成人和儿童采用同一耳针刺激方法得到生长激素分泌的不同反应结果分析 :耳针刺激可能对生长激素的分泌呈双相调节作用。

Three groups of population,normal adults,pituitary dwarfism and normal variant dwarfism,received auricular acupuncture and routine grouth hormone(GH) test reapectively and the results of the tests were compared.Results indicated that GH increased significantly(P<005)after drug stimulation and did not change basically after auricular acupuncture in the adult group;GH did not increased after drug or auricular stimulation in the pituitary dwarfism and the normal variant dwarfism groups(P>005).Conclusion:Secretion of GH has good response to auricular stimulation in children of normal variant dwarfism,but does not have response to both drug and auricular acupuncture in the normal adult or pituitary dwarfism.The authors hold that auricular acupuncture will possibly replace drug stimulation,even will be applied to theraty of the children.Also,because GH has different response to auricular acupuncture in adults and children,it is considered that auricular acupuncture has possibly dualdirectional regulation on secretion of GH.
