摘要
用乙醇浸提银杏中种皮提取银杏酸,使用紫外分光光度计进行银杏酸含量测定,确定银杏酸提取的最佳工艺条件,并对其抑菌性和抗氧化性进行研究。试验结果:最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶7、乙醇浓度80%;性质研究表明,银杏酸具有良好的抑菌性和抗氧化性。
Ginkgolic acid was extracted from ginkgo mesosperm by ethanol extraction, and its content determined with a UV spectrophotometer. The optimum technological conditions of ginkgolic acid extraction were determined, and the antibacterial and antioxidant activities of ginkgolic acid investigated. The results showed the optimum technological conditions as solid-liquid ratio 1:7 and ethanol concentration 80%. The research on the properties of ginkgolic acid revealed that it has good antibacterial and an- tioxidant activities.
