山东省基层医疗卫生机构医师对国家基本药物制度及其影响认知的调查分析

Analysis of the Understanding of Essential Drug System and Its Impact among Physicians in Primary Medical Institution of Shandong Province

目的:为国家基本药物制度进一步完善提供参考。方法:通过焦点小组讨论获取相关定性资料,运用问卷调查获取相关定量资料,定性分析与定量分析相结合,了解山东省基层医疗卫生机构医师对于国家基本药物制度及其实施后对基层医疗卫生机构的影响的认知。结果:基层医疗卫生机构医师对于基本药物制度认知、支持情况良好;医师认为国家基本药物制度对基层医疗卫生机构业务及医师本身都有所影响,医师的工作量、收入均有所增加,超过50%的医师表示其工作积极性有所增加。结论:针对国家基本药物制度的影响,政策制定者应当从医师的角度审视政策,以更有效地推行基本药物制度。

OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the further improvement of national essential drug system.METHODS：The qualitative data had been obtained through focus group discussions and quantitative data through questionnaire survey.Based on quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the understanding of national essential drug system and it impact among physicians were investigated in primary medical institution.RESULTS：Physicians in primary medical institution supported and understood essential drug system well.They believed that national essential drug system affected professional work and physician in primary medical institution to some extent.Their workload and income increased,and enthusiasm of more than 50% physicians were improved.CONCLUSION：Policy makers should examine the policy from the perspective of physicians to implement the essential drug policy more effectively.
