时间权衡法在测量健康状态效用值中的应用及问题探讨

Application and Problems of TTO in Measurement of Health State Utility Value

摘要 目的:为今后开展时间权衡法测量健康状态效用值提供参考。方法:分析1222例实地调研的健康状态效用值测量结果,总结调研过程中出现的关键问题。结果与结论:受访者对时间权衡法的理解程度较高,该方法是一种有效的健康状态效用值测量方法,但在测量中需注意质量控制,避免受访者受到调查员等因素的干扰。 OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the measurement of health state utility value(HSUV) by TTO.METHODS:The measured HSUV of 1 222 respondents were analyzed,and some key issues were concluded.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS:TTO is an efficient method to measure HSUV,and understood by the most respondents.The quality should be control,and interferences from interviewers should be avoided when the formal interviews are conducted.
