时间权衡法在测量健康状态效用值中的应用及问题探讨

Application and Problems of TTO in Measurement of Health State Utility Value

目的:为今后开展时间权衡法测量健康状态效用值提供参考。方法:分析1222例实地调研的健康状态效用值测量结果,总结调研过程中出现的关键问题。结果与结论:受访者对时间权衡法的理解程度较高,该方法是一种有效的健康状态效用值测量方法,但在测量中需注意质量控制,避免受访者受到调查员等因素的干扰。

OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the measurement of health state utility value（HSUV） by TTO.METHODS：The measured HSUV of 1 222 respondents were analyzed,and some key issues were concluded.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：TTO is an efficient method to measure HSUV,and understood by the most respondents.The quality should be control,and interferences from interviewers should be avoided when the formal interviews are conducted.
