摘要
研究了螺旋式煤炭采样装置原理,建立了采样装置结构模型。针对采样装置中的螺旋钻杆建立了有限元模型,并将模型在ANSYS中作了虚拟疲劳仿真分析,得到了该螺旋钻杆的预测疲劳寿命、寿命安全系数及危险部位等信息。从而可以快速判断该零件的受力、可靠性及疲劳寿命等情况,为进一步对类似螺旋钻杆的设计和结构优化提供了相关的参考依据,并且对预测目前服役中螺旋钻杆的剩余寿命有着重要的作用。
The principle of the spiral type coal sampling device was studied and a structure model of the sampling device was established. According to the spiral drilling rod applied to the sampling device, a finite element model was established and was applied to the ANSYS for the virtual fatigue simulation analysis. The predicted fatigue life, life safety coefficient, dangerous parts and other information of the spiral drilling rod were obtained. Thus the stress, reliability, fatigue life and others of the parts could be rapidly judged, which could provide related reference basis to the design and structure optimization of the similar spiral drilling rod and could have an important role to predict the residual service life of the spiral drilling rod in service.
