摘要
研究PFI磨打浆对细菌纤维素湿膜分散性能的影响及细菌纤维与植物纤维配抄成纸的性能。结果表明,PFI磨的最佳打浆转数为35000r,分散效果良好,阳电荷需求量达1.6×10-5eq·g-1,且经PFI打浆处理后,细菌纤维长度为0.2mm,宽度为20μm,直线平均长度约0.1mm;同时,经处理后的细菌纤维素,在添加量为3%时,其与植物纤维配抄成纸的抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐破指数相较空白样均有大幅提高。
The dispersing performance and paper property of bacteria cellulose wet film treated by PFI mill were studied. The results showed that the best beating revolution of PFI mill is 35 000 r, the dispersibility of bacteria fiber get improved very well and the cationic demand of bacteria fiber reaches up to 1.6×10^-5eq·g^-1, and then fiber length-weighted becomes 0.2 mm, width reaches 20 vm and average straight length is 0.1 mm. Meanwhile, when volume of addition of BC beaten by PFI mill is 3%, the tensile index, tear index and burst index of paper has a obvious increase comparing with blank simple.
