摘要
为降低烟梗中木素的含量,提高造纸法重组烟叶的品质,采用白腐菌Coriolus Versicolor T42酶液处理烟梗原料,并通过正交试验确定最优的处理工艺。实验结果表明:①最优处理条件为:生物酶用量为40U·g-1,处理温度为60℃,处理时间为120min,在此条件下烟梗木素的降解率达34.96%;②通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察,处理后的烟梗纤维表面变得粗糙不平,有许多孔洞和凹坑,还有纤维骨架露出,表明该生物酶可以高效脱除木素;③白腐菌Coriolus versicolor T42处理后的烟梗制备的重组烟叶添加到卷烟中,卷烟的的香气、杂气和协调性得到了改善,木杂气减少,刺激性降低,品质得到明显提升。
In order to reduce the content of tobacco stem lignin, improve the quality of reconstitued tobacco, Coriolus versicolor T42 was prepared and the treatment process of tobacco stem was optimized by orthogonality experiment, the optimum condition for the treatment of tobacco stem was achieved as following: Coriolus versicolor 40 U·g ^-1, treatment temperature 60%2; treatment time 120 minutes, the removel rate of tobacco stem lignin reached 34.96%; Secondly, through analysis of SEM image, it was known that the surface of treated tobacco fibers became rough and porous, some fiber framework could also be observed. It was suggested that the treatment of tobacco stem removed lignin efficiently; Moreover, through smoking of treated reconstitued tobacco, the results indicated that the aroma, bad odour and harmony of tobacco were improved, wood odour was reduced, the stimulation of tobacco was lowered and quality was improved greatly.
