肿瘤门诊放疗护理干预的实践与体会

The Practice and Experience on Nursing Intervention in Outpatient Oncology Radiotherapy

目的探讨肿瘤门诊放疗护理干预实践效果。方法 2011年1月起放疗专科护士利用每周2个半天时间为575例门诊放疗患者提供集体、个体、就医环境等综合护理干预。结果 575例门诊放疗患者均顺利完成放疗计划,无一例因严重并发症而中断放疗或住院治疗,提高了治疗效果和生活质量;放疗后对放疗知识的知晓率、对治愈疾病的信心比放疗前分别上升了39.12%和28.35%,对医院服务满意度达到了98.53%,高出同期医院门诊服务满意度。结论放疗专科护士对肿瘤门诊放疗护理干预的实践不仅使患者获得便捷、经济和全程连续护理,还缓解了住院压力,提高了医院竞争力,推动了护理专科发展。

Objective to discuss the efficacy of nursing intervention in outpatient oncology radiotherapy Methods From January 2011,radiotherapeutic nurse sent two and a half days apart every week to provide 575 patients receiving radiotherapy with comprehensive nursing intervention,including collective,individual and medical environment related intervention.Results All of the 575 patients completed their radiotherapy regimen with no pause or quit in spite of severe complications,and got better treatment effect and better quality of life.After radiotherapy,the knowledge rate on radiotherapy and the rate of patient confidence in their cure were 39.12% and 28.35% higher respectively than those before radiotherapy.At the same time,the patients＇ satisfaction in the hospital was 98.53%,higher than the concurrent satisfaction rate of the other outpatient departments.ConclusionThe radiotherapy nursing intervention performed by radiotherapeutic nurse not only provided patients with a more convenient,economical and continuous nursing,but relieved the pressure of the hospital,strengthened the competitiveness of the hospital and promoted the progress of specialized nursing.
