摘要
巡回参考咨询作为一种全新的服务理念和服务模式越来越引起图书馆人的关注。馆员以巡回的方式为馆内外用户提供面对面的主动服务,将图书馆资源与服务推送至用户所在环境,既宣传和推广了图书馆资源和服务,又提高了图书馆参考咨询服务的质量。论文就巡回参考咨询服务的概念、发展和国外图书馆的实践案例做简要介绍,以期为国内想要引进这种咨询服务模式的图书馆提供一些参考。
Roving reference service arouses more and more concern of librarians as a new service concept and service model. Librar- ians provide users with a face-to-face active service roving inside and outside library, and push the library resources and services to the user's environment. Roving reference service not only markets the library resources and services, but also improves the quality of library reference ser- vices. This paper introduces the concept and development of roving reference and the practice cases in foreign libraries, in order to provide some reference for domestic libraries which are willing to introduce this new consultation service model.
