摘要
论文简要论述声誉和声誉管理的基本概念和特点,探讨声誉管理从声誉评价主体的确认、管理范围的扩大和合作者的认可等三个方面,来确认图书馆读者主体地位,认为图书馆只有实行声誉管理才能实现图书馆读者的主体地位,并提出了实现图书馆声誉管理的四项措施:建立与强化声誉管理意识、建立科学的声誉管理机制、完善沟通管理机制和建立以声誉为核心理念的图书馆文化。
This paper briefly discusses the basic concepts and features of reputation and reputation management, studies the reputa- tion management in three aspects: the affirmation of reputation evaluation subject, the expansion of management range and the confirmation of collaborator, so as to affirm the subjective position of library users. It believes that only the library exercise the reputation management, can im- plement library users' subjective position. It also comes up with four measures to implement library reputation management: to establish and in- tensify the reputation management consciousness, to establish the scientific reputation management mechanism, to consummate communication management mechanism and to establish library culture taking reputation as the kernel idea.
