Research of Users' Autonomy on the Promotion of Library Services

用户对于图书馆的服务有着直观的体会,虽然服务内容受到图书馆已有资源的制约,但用户在选择图书馆服务的过程中也具有极大的自主性。充分利用用户在提供信息、接受信息、选择信息传播渠道、评价和选择服务方式、选择交流方式上的自主性将对图书馆的服务起到极大的促进作用。

The users have an intuitive experience about library service although the services are constrainted by library resources. But the users also have a great deal of autonomy in the choice of library services. Making full use of the users＇ autonomy to provide information, re- ceive information, select channels of information dissemination, evaluation and select service mode, and select the library services of communi- cation will play a great role in promoting library services.
