江西省民办高等教育发展的现状、问题与对策

The Present Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of the Development of Jiangxi Non-governmental Higher Education

近年来江西省民办高等教育取得了长足发展,办学环境不断优化,办学规模相对稳定,试点改革初露端倪,社会影响日益扩大。但同时,其发展前景也不容乐观,一些制约民办高等教育发展的"瓶颈"始终未能取得突破。面对这些问题,在国家和江西省教育体制改革政策支持的大环境下,可从提升民办高校办学实践的外部举措和内部因素着手,积极促进民办高等教育的健康发展。

In recent years,non-governmental higher education in Jiangxi has made considerable progress and development,which is fully reflected in many aspects such as improved educational environment,stable student population,emergence of pilot reform,growing social impact etc.However,the development prospect of non-governmental institutions of higher learning is still not optimistic with some bottlenecks failed to achieve breakthroughs.Faced with these problems and under the environment supported by the national and provincial education system reform policy,we can start from the external initiatives and internal factors for enhancing the running practice of non-governmental institutions of higher learning to promote its healthy development.
