摘要
以内蒙古工业大学土木馆屋顶上安装的夜空辐射换热器为研究对象,建立了夜空辐射换热器冷量采集的理论模型,对表面未涂油漆和涂有白色油漆的换热器的表面温度及进出口温度进行了试验测试。结果表明,涂有白色油漆的辐射换热器较未涂油漆的辐射换热器的空气降温效果显著;换热器壁面温度随换热器长度的增加而降低,温度变化率由大变小;天气对换热器冷量采集性能有很大影响。此外,计算了换热器的冷量采集功率和效率。
A night sky radiation heat exchanger,as the research object,made from galvanized iron sheet,was established on the roof of the Civil Engineering building at Inner Mongolia University of Technology,its theoretical model of cooling capacity acquisition was worked out to test the surface temperature and inlet-outlet temperature of the galvanized iron sheet heat exchanger coated with white paint and without paint.Experimental results show that: air cooling effect of the night sky radiation heat exchanger coated with white paint is significant compared with the one without paint;the heat exchanger wall temperature decreases with the increasing length of the heat exchanger,the temperature change rate turns from large to small;weather has great influence on cooling capacity acquisition performance of the heat exchanger.In addition,the power of cooling capacity acquisition and efficiency of the heat exchanger were calculated.
