My Opinion of “Call in Reinforcement” Event at the National Finance Conference in 1953

关于1953年全国财经会议的"搬兵"问题,其说法最早来源于薄一波和杨尚昆的回忆,学术界广泛引用,并已成为共识。但是,从邓小平和陈云的有关与会细节、会议的方向、会议的结论等方面来看,"搬兵"问题存在不少疑点。如何看待这次"搬兵",值得我们慎重对待,并需要做进一步的研究。

The argument about ＂call in reinforcement＂ （Ban Bing） issue at the National Finance Conference in 1953 came from the memories of Bo Yibo and Yang Shangkun firstly, which were cited widely by academic circles and became the common understanding. However, from the perspectives of the details of Deng Xiaoping and Chen Yun＇ s meeting, the direction of the Conference, the conclusions of the Conference and so on, ＂Call in reinforcement＂ （Ban Bing） issue existed lots of doubts. How to look at ＂call in reinforcement＂ （Ban Bing） is worthy of acting with discretion and need to have a further research.
