平凉生态城市创建问题初探

Discussion on Construction of Pingliang Ecological City

生态城市建设不只是个生态恢复、生态重构、生态建设的过程,而是一种生态新观念、新经济、新秩序和新文化的创新过程,是一项系统工程。生态城市的规划应作为城市规划的总纲,纳入城市国民经济和社会发展计划中,作为重要内容和必要的组成部分予以重视。本文以地处中国西部欠发达地区的甘肃省平凉市为例,探讨了在生态城市规划和建设过程中支撑生态城市建设有效运行的相关措施,对规划与建设过程中存在的困难和问题提出了较为具体的解决途径。

The conception of constructing an ecological city is not only a course of ecological restoration,reconstructing or rebuilding,but a new ecological notion,a new economic pattern,a innovating process of new culture and a systematic project.The layout of ecological city should be regarded as a general program for city planning,and bring into national economy and social development program of the city because it is a major content and necessary part of the plan.Located in western under-developed areas of China,Pingliang City is taken as an example to discuss the related measures supporting the construction to operate effectively in the ecological city planning and the construction process.The detailed methods are brought about to solve the difficulties and questions met in the planning and construction.
