孕期用药对胎儿神经系统发育的影响 被引量:6

Medication use during pregnancy and fetal neurodevelopment

摘要 妊娠时期母体发生巨大的生理变化,胎儿也处于生长发育的不同阶段,药物在孕妇体内发生的药代动力学和药效变化也会与非妊娠期有明显的差异,有可能会对胎儿神经系统的发育造成不可逆的损伤。文章阐述了常用药物,如氨基糖苷类药物、抗癫痫药物、抗精神病药物及麻醉药物对胎儿神经系统发育的影响。 The physiological adaptations to pregnancy are profound.Meanwhile,fetal developments are in rapid process.Compared with non-pregnant women,dosing and distribution of drugs are different in pregnant women,which may do irreversible harm to fetal neurodevelopment.
