双黄连粉针配合复方丹参注射液治疗鼻咽癌放疗后疼痛疗效观察

Clinical study of shuanghuanglian powder and injection preparations combined with fufang dan-shen injection on pain of post radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的 观察双黄连粉针配合复方丹参注射液治疗鼻咽癌放疗后疼痛的临床疗效，探讨其机理作用。方法 ５６例鼻咽癌随机分为２组，双黄连粉针配合复方丹参注射液为治疗组３１例，并与单纯复方丹参注射液治疗２５例为对照组进行对照比较，观察临床止痛效果及生存质量。结果 治疗组总缓解率 ８７． １％，对照组总缓解率 ６４％，２组比较有极显著差异（Ｐ ＜０． ０１）。生存质量变化：治疗组改善率５８％，对照组改善率３６％２组比较有极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。止痛起效时间治疗组与对照组分别为（０．８２±０．４）ｈ、（１．１２±０．６）ｈ；治愈时间分别为（１０．８２±３．４７）日、（１４．２８±３．１２）日，２组比较有极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论 双黄连粉针具有清热解毒、抗病毒、抗炎，显著提高宿主免疫功能和杀灭病原的双重作用；复方丹参注射液具有活血化瘀、通络止痛功效，改善血液流变性和调节血液黏滞度。２药合用，起到标本兼治的消炎镇痛作用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of shuanghuanglian powder and injection preparations combine with fufang danshen injection on pain of post radiotherapy of na- sopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 56 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into two groups. In treatment group (n=31 ) shuanghuanglian powder and injection preparations combine with fufang danshen injection was taken every day and in control group (n=25) fufang danshen injection was taken one times every day. In both groups the therapeutic course is a week. Results The total effective rate (87. 1%) was significantly higher in treatment group than those in control group (64%, P < 0. 01 ). Changes of living quality: The improve rate (58% ) were higher in treatment group than those in control group (36 %, P <0.01). Initial time of relieve pain: treatment group and control group are respectively 0. 84 h, 1. 12 h. Conclusions shuanghuanglian powder and injection preparations combine with fufang danshen injection can produce reverse effect on alleviate pain of post radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
