Dim Prospect of Multi-site Physician Practice

医师多点执业政策推行已满三年,到2012年底,多地试点也将到期。当初期待的＂人才纵向和横向交流＂局面,却未真正实现。

Department of Medical Administration in Ministry of Health issued 'Notice on Relevant Issues of Multi-site Physician Practice' on September 16th, 2009,to regulate and monitor the multi-site physician practice.Based on the notice,various provinces and cities established their own trial methods.Up to now,the policy has been carried out for three years,and by the end of 2012,the pilot programs in various places will come to an end.However,the vision of 'horizontal and vertical exchange of medical talents' has not been fully realized.
