摘要
在"职业足球与资本共舞"的背景下,资金不足与融资困难是制约职业足球俱乐部生存和发展的主要问题,同时也是制约足球产业向更高层次迈进的瓶颈。资产证券化作为一种新型的资产处理方式和融资工具,目前已经成为全球体育产业领域重要的融资方式。在分析资产证券化的含义和特点的基础上,对阿森纳足球俱乐部资产证券化融资进行案例分析,着重讨论阿森纳足球俱乐部成功运作资产证券化融资的条件要求、交易结构、影响效益,以期能为我国足球产业的资本支持体系建设提供参考和借鉴。
Under the background of professional football and finance playing together. Fund deficiency and financing difficulty are the main obstacles in the development of professional football club. These problems are also the bottleneck in the development of football industry. Asset-backed securitization is a novel method of financing and assets disposal, which has been an important financing method in sports industry worldwide. Based on the analysis of ABS meaning and characters, this paper discusses the apply conditions, the transaction structure and the effects. The main purpose is to provide some profitable reference for capital support system construction in Chinese football industry.
