摘要
途中跑是短跑最重要的技术过程,在支撑阶段,支撑腿与摆动腿在时空上的精确协同是途中跑技术的核心,并构成一个动作系统。通过运动学测试分析、数理统计、灰色关联分析等方法,对短跑途中跑支撑摆动动作系统的结构、功能及各环节的协同机制进行深入分析,并探讨下肢运动学参数是如何通过系统的改变影响跑速的。
Full-speed sprinting is the most important phase in sprint. In the course of supporting,it is key point to harmonize the relationship between supporting leg and swing leg in time and room precisely, which forms a motion system. Through using the methods of kinematics testing analysis, mathematical statistics and gray connection analysis and so on, the structure, function and co-operative mechanism of the various links in supporting-swing motion system was analyzed deeply. And how the sprinting speed was influenced by systematic change of the parameters of various links in this system was discussed.
