The Analysis on the Slowdown in China’s Economic Growth

由于国内能源、资源、劳动力等条件和国际经济环境的变化,国内收入差距扩大,农民有效需求不足,我国经济的增长速度有明显放缓的趋势,与地方政府对经济增长的高预期存在着矛盾,在这种情况下,我们必须转变经济增长方式,保持合理的积累率和投资规模,处理好实体经济与虚拟经济、产业结构的存量调整与增量调整的关系,努力提高工业经济效益。

Because of the changes in the current situation of China in terms of energy, resources and labor and the international economic situation, the widening income gap and the farmers＇ inefficient effective demand, there is a slowdown in China＇s economic growth which is in conflict with local government＇s high expectation of economic growth. In this situation, we must transform the pattern of economic growth, maintain the rational accumulation rate and investment scale, handle properly the relationship between real economy and virtual economy and the relationship between adjustment in reserve and increase in the industrial structure, and work hard to improve the industrial economic benefit.
