物流业应积极应对“中速增长阶段”

The Logistics Industry Should Positively Cope with “the Stage of Growth with Moderate Pace”

过去的三十多年,我国经济经历了较长时期的持续高速增长阶段。在经济持续高速增长的推动下,我国物流业保持了高速增长态势,较好地发挥了对国民经济的支撑和保障作用,有力地促进了经济结构的调整与发展方式的转变。从2010年下半年开始,我国经济运行下行压力加大,潜在经济增长率逐步放缓,将从"持续高速增长阶段"进入"中速增长阶段"。受此影响,我国物流运行增速有所放缓,物流业在产业地位、社会需求、发展模式、产业格局、组织方式等各个方面都将发生重大变化。为积极应对中速增长带来的挑战,抓住产业发展面临的机遇,新时期我国物流业应在各级各地政府的引导与支持下,坚持系统整合的核心理念,探索管理提升的发展道路,完善服务制胜的竞争策略,创新产业融合的组织方式,采取重组联盟的扩张手段,发展技术领先的服务模式,调整全面覆盖的区域布局,推行环境友好的发展方式。

During the past 30 years, China＇s economy has been maintaining a rapid growth. Improved by the rapid economic growth, China＇s logistics industry is developing rapidly; it has played an important role to support and guarantee the national economy; it has also promoted the economic restructuring and the transformation of development pattern. Since July 2010, there has been a slowdown in China＇ s economic growth; and we will enter into the stage during which economy develops at a moderate pace. Influenced by this, there is also a slowdown in the development of China＇s logistics industry; and there are great changes in the logistics industry in terms of industrial position, social requirement, development pattern, industrial arrangement and the pattern of organization. To cope with this situation, we should, seize the opportunity facing the development of logistics industry, adhere to the core idea of systematic integration, explore the way of management-oriented improvement, adopt the service-oriented competition strategy, explore the organization pattern of industrial integration, adopt the measure of reorganizing, adopt the service pattern of technology-oriented, adjust the regional arrangement and adopt the environment-friendly development pattern.
