摘要 企业社会责任的不同维度会对员工的组织公民行为产生不同程度的影响;企业社会责任影响员工组织公民行为的路径是多层次的,员工满意在二者之间具有部分中介作用;企业社会责任对员工组织公民行为的暗示作用具有一定的条件性,员工公平感越强,暗示作用越大,员工感知公平对二者关系具有显著的正向调节效应。 Different dimensions of corporate social responsibility have different influence on employees' organizational citizenship behavior; corporate social responsibility towards organizational citizenship behavior is a multi-level, employee satisfaction acts as a mediator between corporate social responsibility and organizational citizenship behavior; corporate social responsibility on organizational citizenship behavior implied certain conditions, the higher the employee's justice perception, the greater of the influence that corporate social responsibility has on organizational citizenship, employees justice perception has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and organizational citizenship behavior.
