中西医结合治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎180例临床观察

An observation on combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine to treat 180 cases of thromboangitis obliterans

目的 观察中西医结合治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床疗效。方法 将２４０例血栓 闭塞性脉管炎患者分为治疗组１８０例和对照组６０例，对照组给予溶栓、扩血管、改善微循环等西药 治疗；治疗组除以上治疗外，根据分期、分型给予温补脾肾、益气通脉、活血祛湿之纯中药制剂脉管 炎散Ⅰ～Ⅲ号内服治疗，并对其疗效进行系统的临床观察。结果 治疗组总有效率为９６．１％，与对 照组８６．７％比较，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）；治疗组治疗前、后血液流变学的变化亦有显著差异 （Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论 中西医结合治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect on the combination of TCM and Western Medicine for treating thromboangitis obliterans. Methods 240 Patients with thromboangitis obliterans were randomly divided into treatment group (n=180), which were treated by the combination of Maiguanyan powders and routine method, and in control group (n = 60), which were treated only by routine method. Results The total effective rate (96. 1 % ) was significantly higher in treatment group compared with those in control group (86. 7 %, P <0. 05 ). There are significant differences on hemorroheology between before and after treatment in treat group (P <O. 05). Conclusions The combination of TCM and Western Medicine is an effective method of the treatment of thromboangitis obliterans.
