Mov10蛋白是RNA解旋酶超家族-1成员,也是RNA诱导沉默复合体(RISC)的组份。近来研究证实,Mov10蛋白在RNA干扰路径中有积极的作用并且能在多阶段抑制HIV.1复制,包括病毒产生、Gag蛋白水解程序、逆转录过程。Mov10蛋白也可降低其它逆转录病毒如猿类免疫缺陷病毒、鼠白血病病毒和马传染性贫血病毒的感染性。因此,Mov10蛋白具有广泛和有效的抗逆转录病毒活性。
Moloney leukemia virus 10 (Mov10) protein is a member of superfamily-1 RNA helicase, and it is also a component of the RNA-induced silencing complex. Recent studies have shown that Mov10 plays an active role in the RNA interference pathway and can potently inhibit HIV-1 replication at multiple stages, in- eluding virus production, proteolytie processing of Gag, and reverse transcription. Mov10 could also reduce the infectivity of other retrovirus such as simian immunodeficiency virus, murine leukemia virus, and equine infectious anemia virus. Thus, Mov10 shows very broad and potent antiretroviral activities.
