摘要
目的 探讨黄连与吴茱萸配伍后黄连生物碱含量的变化规律。方法 黄连、吴茱萸分别按1:1、1:2、1:4、1:8、1:16、1:32比例配伍,水煎制得水提液,用柱层析-紫外分光光度法测定配伍方剂水提液中黄连生物碱的含量,实验数据进行配伍比例与黄连生物碱含量的变化之间的相关分析。结果 黄连配伍吴茱萸可引起其生物碱含量的减少,其损失率与吴茱萸的配伍剂量线性相关,经统计学检验 P <0.01。结论 在现代制药工艺设计中应考虑黄连、吴茱萸的配伍对黄连生物碱的影响。
Objective To study the effect of compatibility between rhizoma coptidis and fructus evodiae for Changing of alkaloids content. Methods rhizoma coptidis and fructus evodiae were made up a prescription by proportion of 1: 1, 1: 2, 1: 4, 1: 8, 1: 16, 1: 32, respectively. To boil this prescription and alkaloids content in decoction were analyzed by method of Column chro- matography - UV spectrometer. Results Increase of fructus evodiae in these prescriptions of rhi- zoma coptidis and fructus evodiae decrease alkaloids content. Conclusions Fructus evodiae can lead to loss of alkaloid in rhizoma coptidis. The loss of alkaloids should be paid attention to in prescription that contains rhizoma coptidis when it is to be extracted.
