铅银钙锶合金阳极在锌电积生产中的对比试验 被引量:1

摘要 对新旧两种加工制造技术制备的铅银钙锶四元合金阳极,进行了应用性能分析。采用在生产槽中进行对比试验,重点对锌产量、阳极使用寿命、吨锌电耗和电锌铅含量等方面进行研究。通过两种阳极的性能比较,了解了新旧两种技术制造的四元合金阳极在电耗和使用寿命等方面的差异,为今后铅基阳极制造技术的改进提供了基础。 Application performance analysis was made between Pb-Ag-Ca-Sr alloy anodes prepared by new and old techniques. Comparison experiments were conducted in production cell, mainly for studying the zinc output, service life of anode, consumption of electricity per ton zinc and lead content in zinc products. Through performance comparison between two anodes, the difference between Pb-Ag-Ca-Sr alloy anodes prepared by new and old techniques was found in aspects of consumption of electricity and service life, ahich provides the foundation for lead-based anode improvement in the following time.
