顶空气相色谱外标法测定乳酸中残留溶剂

Dexternal Standard Method for Determination of Methanol Residues in Lactic Acid by GC-HS

目的:建立乳酸中残留溶剂甲醇限度检查的测定方法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱外标法,氢焰离子化检测器,毛细管色谱柱Elite-WAX(Crossbond-PEG)30m×0.25mm,2.5μm。结果:实验结果显示方法的线性较好,甲醇回收率分别为98.8%,RSD<2%。结论:该方法简单、可靠,可用于测定乳酸中甲醇残留量。

Objective： to establish a method for the dexternal standardMethods： for determination of methanol residues in Lactate Solution by GC-HS was used FID detector combined with Elite-WAX（Crossbond-PEG） 30m× 0.25mm,2.5um capillary column was adopted. Results ： the linear relation was good on the optimized conditions. The recovery rate of methanol was 98.8 % （RSD〈2 % ）, respectively. Conclusion： the established is simple , reliable , and accurate. It can be applied in the quality control of Lactate Solution.
