无机纤维喷涂用水性阻燃粘结剂的研制及其保温系统开发

Development of inorganic fibers spraying using water-based flame retardant binder and its insulation system

介绍一种无机纤维喷涂用水性阻燃粘结剂的制备工艺,研究了阻燃剂和憎水剂对粘结剂的阻燃性、防水性的影响,以及棉胶比与喷涂层性能关系,并对无机纤维棉喷涂层性能进行了测试,结果表明,该水性粘结剂具有良好的粘结力、阻燃性和环保性,无机纤维棉喷涂层具有良好的防火、保温、吸声降噪性能,各项指标均符合JC/T 909—2003《矿物棉喷涂绝热层》标准要求。

This paper mainly introduces preparation technology of a kind of inorganic fibers spraying using water-based flame retardant binder. The influence of the flame retardant agent and abomination agent for the binder＇s flame retardancy and water-proofness, and relationship of the cotton glue ratio and spray coating performance were studied. Besides the inorganic fibers cotton coat performance was tested,the results show that the water-based binder has good binding power, flame retardancy and environmental protection performance,the inorganic fibers cotton coat has good fire prevention ＆ thermal insulation,sound absorption ＆ noise reduction performance,and all the indexes have met the standard JC/T 909--2003 ＂Mineral Cotton Spraying Insulation Layer＂.
