摘要
通过渗透结晶技术及增塑方法研究了水泥基聚合物防水涂料(JS防水涂料)的自愈合性能。结果表明,水泥基聚合物防水涂料的自愈合效果与结晶粉料、增塑剂含量密切相关,也与涂膜厚度及裂口宽度有关;显微观察显示了结晶粉料与水反应导致结晶及结晶体增大的过程;所制备的水泥基聚合物防水涂料具有自愈合功能及较高的拉伸强度和断裂延伸率。
Self-healing property of the cement-based polymer waterproof coating was researched in the paper through the use of crystal infiltration technology and plasticized way. The results showed that the self-healing effect of the cement-based polymer waterproof coating was closely related to the content of the crystalline powder and the plasticizer as well as the film thickness and gap width. The process of the crystals increase by the reaction between the crystalline powder and water was observed through the microscopic observation. The cement-based polymer waterproof coating prepared possess self-healing function,higher tensile strength and elongation at break.
