小剂量低分子肝素钙治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究

Clinical study of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with small dose low molecular heparin calcic

目的 :观察小剂量低分子肝素钙治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法 :对 30例糖尿病肾病患者进行了小剂量低分子肝素钙治疗 ,并随机选择 30例糖尿病肾病患者为对照组 ,4周为 1疗程 ,观察尿蛋白 ,血脂、肾功能、纤维蛋白原含量及副作用 ,并随访观察 3个月。结果 :治疗组有效率 93 3 % ,对照组有效率 2 4 6 % ,两组比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :此方法可有效地治疗糖尿病肾病。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of small dose low molecular heparin calcic in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Thirty diabetic nephropathy cases were treated with small dose low molecular heparin calcic,and 30 cases were chosed as the control group.The urinary protein,serum lipids,renal function,fihrinogen and side effects of the two groups were observed for 3 months.Results:The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93 3% and 24 6% respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0 01).Conclusions:Small dose low molecular heparin calcic is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
