碳化钙在食用农产品中的应用及其安全问题

摘要 碳化钙,俗称电石,作为水果催熟剂和植物调节剂被广泛用于农业。虽然随着碳化钙安全性问题的出现,其作为水果催熟剂的应用已被很多国家禁止,但有很多地区仍在使用。另一方面,近年来有大量文献报道碳化钙作为植物调节剂对植物生长的影响作用。本文综述了碳化钙的理化性质、在食用农产品中的应用以及碳化钙在应用中可能造成的安全性问题,补充碳化钙在安全性评价方面的文献缺失,为其进一步应用发展提供理论基础。 Calcium carbide,has been widely used in agriculture as a fruit ripening agent and plant growth regulator.Although,with the advent of the calcium carbide security issues,calcium carbide has been in many countries banned as a fruit ripening agent,but many regions still use it.On the other hand,in recent years a large number of studies reported that calcium carbide could be used as a plant growth regulator effecting the growth of plant.This paper reviewed the physical and chemical properties of calcium carbide,the application of edible agricultural products and security issues of calcium carbide,it was aim to complement the deletion of calcium carbide in the safety evaluation,provided a theoretical basis for its further development.
