81例妇科恶性肿瘤妇女术后性生活分析

Inverstigation the Sexual Lives of 81 Women with Gynecologic Malignant Tumor after Operation

目的 :了解妇科恶性肿瘤妇女术后性生活的情况。方法 :选取我院妇科 1994年 1月至 1998年 12月诊治的 81例恶性肿瘤术后的妇女 ,采用调查问卷方式进行逐一面对面调查 ,并将卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌的患者分为三组 ,比较术后性生活的情况。结果 :81例患者有 33例 (40 .7% )术后有性生活 ,其中有 6 0 .7% (2 0 / 33)表现为性欲下降。卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌三组妇女在性生活恢复时间、性生活频度以及性生活满意度等方面并无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。 81例患者对性方面问题的处理 ,有 15人 (18.5 % )咨询过医生。 71例 (87.7% )患者希望医生在性问题上给予帮助 ,并表示希望开设此类门诊。结论 :手术范围不是决定术后性功能状态的唯一因素 ,心理上的压抑与恐惧常常是导致术后性功能异常的重要方面。因此 ,重视妇科恶性肿瘤患者的心理状态 ,将对改善这些妇女术后的性功能有重要帮助。

WT5”BZ]Objective:To investigate sexual lives of women with gynecologic cancers after operation.Methods:81 women treated in our hospital from 1994.1 to 1998.12 were surveyed with questionnaire.Sexual lives of the three groups:the group of overy cancers,the group of endometrial carcinomas and the group of cervical cancers,were compared.Results: In 81 cases,33 women (40.7%) had sexual lives after operations,and 60.7%(20/33) cases showed hyposexuality.Women in three groups showed no significant differences in recovery time,frequence and satisfactory of sexual lives( P >0.05).15/81(18.5%)cases had seek advice from doctors about sexual questions.71 women(87.7%)wished some helps in sexual lives and wanted to have outpatient service for sexual questions.Conclusion:The range of operation is not the only factor to effect on the state of sexual function.The abnormal psychological states,such as repression and dread,are often the important factors due to abnormal sexual functions after operation.It would be helpful to improve the sexual functions of these women that doctors pay more attention to the psychological states of these women after operation.
