289例开胸术后患者胸腔闭式引流管感染预防的管理

Prevention of infections in 289 patients undergoing closed thoracic drainage for thoracotomy

目的探讨开胸术后胸腔闭式引流管预防感染的管理措施。方法调查与分析289例留置胸腔闭式引流管预防感染的方法、时间。结果保持胸腔闭式引流管的通畅,维持负压及无菌状态,预防感染;289例中仅有2例因发生伤口脂肪液化,延期愈合。结论开胸术后留置胸腔闭式引流管发生感染的原因,包括手术方式、术后活动、留置时间的长短等,严格的护理操作规程是避免发生感染的重要环节。

OBJECTIVE To explore the measures to prevent infections in the patients undergoing closed thoracic drainage for thoracotomy.METHODS A total of 289 patients undergoing the closed thoracic drainage for thoracotomy were enrolled,the ways and time of prevention of infections were observed.RESULTS Keeping the closed thoracic drainage unobstructed and maintaining the negative pressure and aseptic condition would benefit the infection prevention.There were 2 of 289 cases who suffered from the incision fat liquefaction.CONCLUSION The causes of infections due to closed thoracic drainage include the surgery approach,postoperative activities,and the duration of indwelling.The strict nursing operation regulation is important for the prevention of infections.
